According to the regulations of Légyotthon.hu Real Estate Agency, our colleagues may only receive the contractual success fee from you in the event of a successful transaction.
What amount may our colleagues receive from you?
In the case of a successful transaction, the amount of the success fee specified in the contract.
Where are our colleagues allowed to receive money from you?
The success fee may be received at the location where the sales contract or preliminary agreement is signed.
Our colleagues always document the transfer of money; without proper documentation, they are not permitted to accept any payment from you.
